Dear Volunteers:

Thank you for your interest in Collide, June 28–July 4, 2008. We are so excited about the opportunities God has in store for you and your students this summer. We are looking forward to serving alongside you.

 Collide is a partnership between national WMU, the Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention, and the Baptist association of Oahu.

Enclosed in this packet is the following:
• Group registration form
• Ministry selection sheet
• Rooming list sheet               
• Medical Release forms

Your registration cost of $325 per person (quad occupancy) includes:

• Lodging
• Two meals (both provided meals are dinners)
• Short-term volunteer insurance
 Devotional guide/journal
• Training materials
• Nametag
• Water bottle carrier
• T-shirt

 You are NOT responsible for making your lodging reservations. You ARE responsible for making your transportation reservations—both transportation to and from the island of Oahu (city of Honolulu), and for local transportation while your group is on the island of Oahu. Local transportation is critical for getting to and from ministry sites.
